Meet our Care Coordinators
They are patient advocates who listen, answer questions, and provide information, so that patients know exactly what to expect during their visit with us.
Mackenzie Pollata- Lead
“Kenzie” has been with us since 2016 and has been a huge help to UMI patients and staff. Her early days working in the service industry have helped her contribute greatly to the care of her patients while working at UMI.
When not busy helping UMI patients, Ashlie is busy at home caring for her little boy. When she has some free time she enjoys taking long hikes.
“Coming to UMI 12/3/2018.”
Alicia comes from Wegmans as a Pharmacy Tech and has a degree in communications and media. Alicia will be a great communicator and advocate for our UMI patients.
“I always go the extra mile for patients.”
Before every exam, Deborah always takes the extra time to anticipate any issues patients may have. “Taking that little extra time to put myself in the patient’s’ shoes helps me resolve issues before the exam begins. This makes a big difference in helping patients have a more relaxed experience.” When Deborah isn’t caring for people, she volunteers for a local animal rescue organization.
Barbara “Jo” Meyer
“I love working with the wonderful staff here and meeting and caring for patients.”
Jo has been with UMI for seven years, where she first worked in medical records. Wanting more interaction with patients, she is now responsible for working with Technologists and Nurses to provide patients with a positive exam experience. Her administrative experience also comes in handy in helping patients fill out their paperwork to expedite the exam process.
“You can make a difference is someone’s life or make someone’s day by listening to them with an open mind and an open heart .”
Lisa is our night care coordinator also interested in furthering her education in health and patient care. Lisa loves working with patients and working with the wonderful staff here at UMI.
Helping from the MCC Rad Tech program evenings and weekends.
