Our Business Development Manager is the go-to person referring physicians rely on for information, education, and ensuring that we meet our region's healthcare needs.
Although her current position is in physician and community relations, Kylie is no stranger to patient care. She originally went into healthcare as an Occupational Therapist and was one of the first OTs in the region to work with heart transplant patients. She developed a program in cardiac OT for referring physicians, which led to a position as Physician Liaison for the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She has worked in business development and physician relations ever since.
Whether working with physicians or patients, Kylie specializes in communication. She is the personal contact for referring physicans and their staff so that we may continually improve our service to them. She also facilitates community education efforts, including speaking engagements and other medical events.
Kylie earned her B.S./M.S. from D’Youville College and is currently a member of the American Association of Physician Liaisons.
