Every day, Kim Smith works to make our process easier for patients, referring physicians, and employees alike. She oversees all aspects of our day-to-day operations, including registration, scheduling, insurance, and communications to ensure a more efficient working environment. She is also our Compliance Officer and makes certain that we meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, quality, and professional ethics.
Kim has a B.S. in Organizational Management from Keuka College. She has also received certifications in Leadership Development and Six Sigma Green Belt Development. She has obtained Billing and Coding Specialist certification through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and most recently achieved the AAPC's Certified Professional Compliance Officer status. Despite her impressive credentials, Kim never loses sight of the human factor in administrative efficiency. Her goal is to provide a friendly, welcoming, professional environment for everyone who comes into contact with our practice.
