Dr. Shrier earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Rochester Medical Center, as well as a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard University.
He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Shrier has been published in many leading peer-reviewed medical journals, and he has collaborated in a number of clinical trials. His current research includes exploring new techniques in contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). He is also a past recipient of the American Medical Association's Physician's Recognition Award, which honors physicians who have shown their commitment to patient care through continuing medical education.
He is a member of the American Society of Spine Radiology, the Eastern Neuroradiological Society, the American Society of Neuroradiology, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, and the Rochester Roentgen Ray Society. He also has an undergraduate degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University.
