Dr. Bernstein's broad experience includes being on the radiology staff at St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital Center in Utica, NY, SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, and at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, after which he completed a Radiology Residency at Rochester General Hospital and a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at SUNY Upstate Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Bernstein's research has been published in numerous professional journals, including the American Journal of Neuroradiology, the American Journal of Roentgenology, and the New York State Journal of Medicine.
Dr. Bernstein maintains memberships in the Radiological Society of North America, the Central New York Radiological Society, the American College of Radiology, the American Society of Neuroradiology (Senior Member), and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
